Thirteen years of making enterprise software behave
I'm Huseini Indorewala — a Lead Product Designer with 13+ years of experience designing enterprise CRM and ERP products that people actually want to use.
Most of my work starts in a mess: a legacy workflow nobody can explain, a backlog of contradictory requests, a screen with forty fields. I sit with the people who use it, find the decisions they are actually trying to make, and rebuild around those. Then I stay through build and QA so the thing that ships is the thing we designed.
